Cemantica includes three out-of-the-box reports designed to help you gain valuable insights and better understand your metrics. These reports are:

  1. Journey Overview

  2. Sentiment Analysis

  3. ROI Analysis

They provide a comprehensive view of your data, enabling you to make informed decisions and optimize your strategies effectively.

Filters in ROI Analysis

At the top of the report, you'll find several key filters that allow you to customize the data displayed. These include:

  • Projects: Filter the data to focus on specific projects.

  • Date Range: Customize the period over which KPIs are tracked.

By using these filters, you can narrow down the information to what's most relevant to your current focus.

You can access the Report by clicking on the Reports menu:

ROI Analysis components

Once you've applied your filters, the report also includes a variety of graphs and visualizations to help you understand the data in more detail:

  • Your KPI Progress: A bar graph displaying the progress of various KPIs as a percentage. Each KPI shows the percentage achieved versus not achieved

  • ROI Potential by Measure: A bar graph illustrating the potential return on investment (ROI) for different measures

  • Top 5 Measures: A list highlighting the top 5 measures

  • ROI per Project: A bar graph displaying the ROI generated by each project

  • Revenue Generated by Project Owner: A bar graph showing the revenue generated by each project owner

By understanding these different components, you can effectively use the report to gain valuable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experiences.
