Journey Insights Hub is where you create, organize and explore text analysis projects. When you log in, you land on the Projects page, which gives you a central view of the text analysis projects available across your workspaces.
This guide introduces the main areas of the interface so you know where to start.
Projects page
The Projects page is the main landing page in Journey Insights Hub.
From here, you can:
View text analysis project you have access to
See each text analysis project's current status
Search and sort
Switch between grid and list views
Add data to an existing text analysis project
Create a new text analysis project
Each text analysis project card provides a quick overview, including the name, record count, creation date, status and a short description or status message.
Text analysis project statuses
A status appears at the top of each text analysis project card to show whether the it is ready or requires attention.
For example:
Ready to be Viewed – the text analysis project has finished building and can be opened and explored
Waiting for data – the text analysis project has been created but does not yet contain data
Build Failed – an issue occurred while the text analysis project was being processed
Search and organize text analysis project
Use Search Project to find a text analysis project by name.
You can also sort the the list, such as by the most recently created and switch between grid and list views depending on how you prefer to browse.
Create a new text analysis project
Select + New Project in the upper-right corner to begin a new analysis.
Journey Insights Hub supports text analysis project created from uploaded data as well as supported scraped-data sources.

Add data to an existing text analysis project
Select + Add Data beneath a Project (Text Analysis) to add new records to an existing analysis. You can also access the same option from within the text analysis project itself.

Workspaces
The workspace selector appears in the left navigation. If you have access to multiple workspaces, you can use it to move between them and view the text analysis project available in each workspace.
Selecting All workspaces gives you a broader view of text analysis project across the workspaces you can access. Your available text analysis project and actions may vary depending on your role in each workspace.

Settings
Select Settings from the left navigation to access account and administrative options.
Depending on your role, Settings may include options for managing:
Workspaces and users
Organization settings
Roles and permissions
Usage
API tokens
Some settings are available to all users, while administrative actions require Workspace Admin or Organization Admin access.
Open a text analysis project
Select a text analysis project card to begin exploring its analysis. Once inside a text analysis project, you can access features such as Volume, Galaxy, Drivers, Sentiment, and Dashboards.
