Your Organization settings provide a centralized way to personalize and manage important aspects of your Cemantica environment, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with your company's branding, language preferences and operational needs.
Under My Organization, you can:
Add your logo
Define your display language for the entire platform
Activate / Deactivate the Sample data (including Personas, Journeys, Opportunities, Solutions, Actions etc.)
Display your subscription (plan) type and the expiry date of your account
Configuring your logo
You can customize your company logo by clicking on the image and uploading your preferred logo file.
Define your display language for the Cemantica platform
You can set the display language for the entire platform, plus individual users can also customize their own language by clicking on their profile.
👉 Currently, Cemantica supports four languages: English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch. We can add more languages upon request. If you'd like Cemantica available in a different language, please contact us at [email protected].
Turn your sample data on and off
You can choose when to activate the sample data to get inspiration from various industries, or turn it off whenever you don't need it.
Enabling Alex AI
You can review the Alex AI privacy policy and activate AI content. Once activated, it will be available across the entire environment.
Only Company Admin roles can activate AI.
💡Please note, AI cannot be activated on a per-workspace basis.
