Using Tags and Groups to organize your assets

How to manage Tags and Groups in Cemantica to classify your data for better visualization

Updated over a week ago

What are Tags and Groups in the Cemantica platform?

In Cemantica, you can use Tags and Groups to categorize records, enabling easier filtering and navigation.

You can assign Tags and/or Groups to organize Programs, Personas, Journeys, Insights, Opportunities, Solutions, Actions and Projects. These can be applied individually or in bulk from the boards.

There are some predefined Tags, such as "Quick Win" or "Moment of Truth," to help prioritize Opportunities. However, users have the flexibility to create and customize their own tags as needed.

Note: We recommend using Groups to assign assets to your business units or departments. For example, assign Pains or Opportunities under Marketing, HR or Customer Service.
