This article looks at what information you can add to a Project in Cemantica to help you track, assign classify and connect CX activities

With the Project feature, you can create detailed, comprehensive information about each project, allowing for better planning, tracking and management.

Project Overview from the Journey Map

In the Journey Map, you'll find a high-level overview of each Project, which includes:

  • Title

  • Description

  • Status

  • Project Owner

This quick snapshot helps you understand the context and current state of your Projects at a glance.

Opening the Project Item

When you open a specific Project item, you'll have access to all relevant details, structured as follows:

General Information

  • Project Name: The official title of your Project

  • Description: An overview of the Project's objectives and scope

  • Start and End Dates: Timeline for your Project

  • Status: Current progress or stage

  • Project Owner: The individual responsible for the Project

  • Stakeholders: Key individuals or groups involved

Business Case

Cemantica enables you to link your targets and KPIs directly to your projects, providing a clear view of how your Customer Experience (CX) efforts influence your bottom line.

Managing Your Business Case:

  • Link each relevant Target or KPI to the corresponding project or initiative

  • The platform will automatically calculate the financial impact based on the linked KPIs' data and their assigned financial values

  • Review the Financial Impact summary for each project to understand its contribution to your business

This data-driven approach supports effective decision-making, helps prioritize initiatives, and enhances your ability to communicate ROI.

Linked Records

For each action within a Project, you can link related records, such as:

  • Insights

  • Opportunities

  • Solutions

  • Journeys

  • Other Projects

This interconnected view ensures you have a comprehensive understanding of all related activities and data tied to your projects.

You can begin by linking the relevant Journeys to your project. Cemantica automatically offers you options to add linked items directly to those Journeys.

👉 Status, priority, tags and groups can be customized by an Admin user in your organization.
