Alex AI will craft a comprehensive Persona based on a briefing you provide.
As your Journey Management assistant, Alex AI creates an initial draft of your Persona. You can then review, validate, modify and enrich Alex’s output. It’s much easier to refine an initial draft than to start from scratch.

Generate a Persona from a prompt
Go to the Personas board
Click New Persona
Select Generate with Alex (AI)
Provide a description of the Persona you want to create
Click on Generate
Some recommendations when creating the prompt
Be Specific: Clearly define what you need from Alex to ensure accurate results. The more specific you are, the more accurate the results you will have
Use Clear Language: Simple and precise language helps Alex understand your requirements better
Set the Context: Provide details such as persona characteristics, localization, brand, persona needs, expectations, finantial level, etc. This ensures Alex generates relevant and contextualized outputs
Use Examples: Give Alex examples to align the output with your expectations
Test Various Prompts: Experiment with different prompts until you achieve the desired outcome
Enriching a Persona profile with AI
Using Alex, your AI assistant, you can effortlessly enrich and enhance your existing Persona profiles.
Simply access the top-right menu within any section and ask Alex AI to help improve or expand your content. You can ask Alex AI as many times as needed to refine your profiles.
Alex AI is available for both new sections and for enhancing existing ones.
Creating your Persona picture with AI
You can ask Alex to generate a new Persona image based on the profile you've described.
Simply click on the Persona image and then select Ask Alex to generate a new one.
