Navigating and using the Persona features
On the left menu pane, click the Persona icon to access the Persona Board.
The Persona Board is your central dashboard, where you can view all Personas available in your account. From here, you can control visibility and editing rights for different users.
You can also take actions such as:
Creating new Personas
Managing existing Personas
Exporting data
And more
Persona Profile elements
Clicking on a Persona opens the Persona Profile.
Within a profile, you can capture key details such as:
General characteristics
Needs and expectations
Frustrations and challenges
The Persona form is fully customizable. You can add new sections, drag and drop elements, adjust colors, and tailor the layout to your organization’s needs.
AI-powered Personas with Alex
On the Enterprise Plan, you can create or enhance Personas with the help of Alex, our AI assistant.
Use Alex to generate a Persona profile from scratch or improve existing content directly within the profile.
Click the AI icon in any text box to prompt Alex to generate content.
Review the result, confirm if it fits, or ask Alex to regenerate until you get the output you need.
Watch the quick overview of Artificial Intelligence capabilities in Cemantica for creating and enriching Personas using Alex, our AI Assistant. Simply describe your target customer in a prompt containing contextual information such as demographic data (gender, geography, age, etc.) and ask Alex, the Cemantica AI assistant, to generate a whole persona with not just the criteria suggested but the content completed.
You may already have multiple personas created within your CX platform, but these might not be updated regularly or as targeted as they could be. Alex can look within internal and external sources of data to either enrich your existing criteria with more content or to suggest new criteria that will make the persona more relevant and relatable.
