The AI assistant works alongside Journey Insights Hub’s text analytics capabilities to help you explore a text analysis project conversationally. It retrieves relevant information from the project data and uses that context to generate responses and insights specific to the feedback you are analyzing.
Get a text analysis project summary
On the Highlights page, the AI-generated summary provides a high-level summary of the text analysis project, including important themes, key points and potential areas to investigate. Since the summary is generated from the text analysis project itself, its findings are specific to the feedback you are analyzing.
Ask questions about your text analysis project
Open the AI Assistant to ask questions about your data using natural language.
For example, you might ask:
What are the main issues people are experiencing?
What is driving lower experience scores?
What themes are associated with negative feedback?
How do experiences differ between different groups?
It also provides suggested questions based on the dataset to help you get started. You can then ask your own questions and continue exploring based on what you discover.

Generate themes and concept lists
The AI assistant can organize project concepts into broader themes and create individual concept lists for deeper exploration. Use it to generate a set of theme labels along with individual Concept Lists for deeper exploration.
For example, a broader theme around security concerns might bring together related concepts such as suspicious logins, unfamiliar authorizations and purchase attempts. These generated lists give you a starting point that you can review, refine and continue using throughout your analysis.
Use the AI assistant alongside Journey Insights Hub analysis
The AI assistant is designed to complement the other analysis tools in Journey Insights Hub.
You might identify a pattern in Drivers, Sentiment, or Volume and then ask the AI assistant to explain what may be contributing to it. You can also begin with an AI-generated question and use the platform’s visualizations, filters, concepts, and underlying records to investigate and validate the finding.
