Find and validate text analysis project summaries
Use Highlights for an immediate overview, Dashboard for a configurable summary, or the AI assistant for a response tailored to your question. You can then review the individual records in Records to understand the evidence behind the findings.
Open the text analysis project
From the Project list page:
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find your text analysis project
Select the text analysis project name to open it
Get a quick summary from Highlights
When you open a text analysis project, the Highlights page provides a quick introduction to the analysis. The final tile contains an AI-generated summary. This AI-generated summary describes prominent findings from the text analysis project data and is useful when you want to:
Become familiar with a new text analysis project
Identify topics that may require further investigation
Get a high-level overview before exploring individual visualizations
Treat the summary as a starting point. Continue into Volume, Galaxy, Drivers, Sentiment, or Records to investigate the findings in more detail.
Add a summary to a Dashboard
A Dashboard can include an AI-generated summary alongside other analysis widgets.
To add one:
Open the Dashboard tab
Find the AI Generated Widgets section
Add the summary widget
The widget can summarize the entire text analysis project or present the data through a selected metadata field.
Select a summary breakdown
Select the filter icon in the upper-right corner of the summary widget
Open Select Summary Breakdown
Choose the metadata field you want to use
The resulting summary considers the groups or values within that field. This can help you understand how findings vary across relevant categories, periods, sources, or other metadata.
Before interpreting a breakdown, check that the selected field is appropriate for your question and that each group contains enough data to support a meaningful comparison.
Ask the AI Assistant for a summary
The AI Assistant provides a more conversational way to explore.
Open the AI Assistant from within the text analysis project.
If prompted, select Build Data and wait for preparation to finish
Enter a question or select a suggested question
For an overall summary, ask: Provide a summary of this dataset.
You can also make the request more specific. For example:
Summarize the most common concerns in the text analysis project
What themes appear most frequently in low-scoring feedback?
Summarize the main differences between the selected groups
What positive and negative experiences appear in the data?
The AI assistant answers questions using the project data. It is not intended to explain how to use the Journey Insights Hub interface or provide information that is not represented in the dataset.
Review the records behind a summary
AI-generated summaries are generated from the records available in the text analysis project. You can use the Records section to review the individual records related to a finding.
To investigate a summary:
Identify a topic or concept mentioned in the summary
Search for or select that concept in an analysis view
Apply any filters needed to match the population described in the summary
Open Records in the Configure visualization panel
Review multiple matching records and their metadata
The Records panel reflects your active concept and filter selections. Each card shows a preview of a matching record. Select a card to open the complete record and review its associated metadata.
You can also use Select fields to control which metadata appears in the panel or download the matching records for additional review.
Reviewing the source records helps you:
Confirm that a finding is supported by the underlying language
Understand context that may not fit into a short summary
Identify different experiences within the same theme
Find exceptions or contrasting perspectives
Capture appropriate supporting evidence for reports and presentations
