The Program feature enables you to define the core aspects of your CX initiative. It allows you to outline the program’s purpose, identify stakeholders, set targets, plan initial steps and more.
Program Header
There are two fields to complete in the Header section.
Program Name: Provide a name.
Tag: You can provide tags to categorize each Program which will also be helpful when you are trying to search on the Program board.
Program tabs available
The Program includes four tabs:
Program Details
Strategy
Assessment
Related items
Program Details tab
The first tab of the Program will allow you to define the program details and general information.
This is a 100% customizable space where you can add sections depending on the type of content you need to reflect: text, image, list, targets, KPI etc.
You can include a dedicated section for KPIs, enabling you to add multiple metrics to measure the financial and strategic impact of each program.
You can add more than one type of KPI and customize the section.
Strategy tab
Based on Cemantica’s methodology, this section is where you articulate your company’s brand promise and values. Use visually impactful elements like colored brand value gems to highlight the guiding principles—"Do’s" (what to promote to reflect your values) and "Don'ts" (what to avoid to uphold your brand promise).
This space is entirely customizable, supporting text, images, lists, KPIs, brand values, links, files and other content types.
Assessment tab
Assess your company's Maturity level by requesting team members to complete a CX Assessment, whereby each question will need to be rated on a scale of 1 to 10.
All the responses will then be gathered to one centralised location under the Assessment tab, and a global score will appear.
Click on Start New Assessment to start capturing a new assessment:
Related Items tab
Create meaningful relationships by linking your existing maps, Personas, Insights, Opportunities, Solutions, Actions and Projects to the Program.
This section provides a summary of all linked entities. You can:
Create new items directly from the tab
Add existing items, which will automatically link their related components
For example, linking a Journey will also link its associated Persona
Keep track of how many items are linked from each category. To manage links, you can unlink any item using the eye icon on the far right of each list entry.
