Exploring the Action card

This article looks at what information you can add to an Action in Cemantica to help you track, classify and prioritize CX activities

Using the Action feature, you will be able to elaborate and provide in-depth information about each one.

Available fields in an Action in Cemantica

From the journey map, you will see the Action overview: title, description and status.

Once you open the Action item:

You will able to find all the information such as:

  • Subject: Give a name to your Action item that will best represent it. This title will be reflected on the map and the Action board directly

  • Description: Here you can provide a long description about the Action and use bullet points, bold, italic, colors etc. to enrich your text

  • Persona: Personas linked to that Action

  • Status: Define the status / progress of your Action item

  • Owner: Assign an owner to the action item from the list of users of the system

  • Priority: You can easily prioritize your different action items using the "High, Normal or Low" statuses

  • Group: You can assign the Action item to a group with similar characteristics

  • Due Date: Assign a due date to the Action item to keep track of its progress

  • Linked Records: For each Action you can link a list of records such as Insights, Opportunities, Solutions, Journeys and Projects.

👉 Status, priority, tags and groups can be customized by an Admin user in your organization.
