Exploring the Opportunity card

This article looks at what information you can add to an Opportunity in Cemantica to help you track, classify and prioritize ideas

Using the Opportunity feature, you will be able to elaborate and provide in-depth information about each Opportunity.

From the Journey Map, on the Opportunity Lane, you will see the overview: name, description of the opportunity, and priority level.

Fields in an Opportunity

Once you open the Opportunity, you will be able to find all the information about the Opportunity, such as the description, status, a due date and who is responsible for it.

  • Status: Define the status / progress of your Opportunity by using the color-coded status list.

  • Priority: You can easily prioritize your different Opportunities by assigning them a level of importance: "High, Normal or Low".

  • Group: You can assign the responsibility to a group (you can customize the list of groups).

  • Due Date: Assign a due date to each of your Opportunities to keep track of on-going projects.

Ratings in an Opportunity

  • Customer Value: Define the customer perceived benefit.

  • Business Value: Define the organization benefit.

  • Tags: An example could be a Quick win tag to specify if it is easy to implement with high value to customer.

  • Linked records : Here you can find the related records of your Opportunities, such as Journeys, Insights, Solutions, Actions and Projects.

👉 Status, priority, tags and groups can be customized by an Admin user in your organization.
