The Usage section shows how much of your organization’s contracted data allowance has been used.
This page is available to Workspace Admins and Organization Admins.
Review your usage
The Usage page provides an overview of:
Total usage for the billing period
Your organization’s usage limit
The percentage of the limit already used
Usage by workspace
Monthly usage
Applicable usage adjustments or refunds
You can also switch between available billing periods to review historical usage.
View usage by workspace
Expand the monthly rows to see how usage is distributed across individual workspaces. This can help you understand where data is being added and which areas of the organization are contributing most to overall usage.
Usage when uploading data
When you upload additional records, they contribute to your organization’s usage total.
The upload page also shows current usage and the number of records the selected file will add, helping you confirm that the upload fits within your available allowance.
